Fixes #1617
### Motivation
After run docker-compose at docker-compose directory, will generate mysql storage dir.
```
[work]$ git status
On branch patch
Untracked files:
(use "git add <file>..." to include in what will be committed)
docker/docker-compose/mysql/
nothing added to commit but untracked files present (use "git add" to track)
```
### Modifications
Add .gitignore rule.
