[httpclient] Sharing a HttpConnectionManger

Another area that I found need of change was in the way that each
HttpMultiClient would create its own instance of HttpConnectionManager.  To
promote more connection reuse in a process that has many HttpMultiClient
objects, I added get/set ConnectionManager methods to the HttpMultiClient.
Is this of interest?
