Bundle blueprint stuck in 'Creating' on Windows XP 32Bit & 8 64Bit

Hello,

I was looking at Active ServiceMix (ASM) for the first time and was trying
out the different samples in the Quick Start Guide. 

When I restart ASM sometimes these samples bundles are stuck in 'Creating'
in the blueprint column.
The logs don't display any indication to me of what may be the problem here.

I tried this on Windows XP 32Bit and Windows 8 64 Bit. 
It seems to happen more on Windows 8 64.

I tried the following full assemblies:

4.4.2
4.5.0

Google didn't reveal any hints. Any clues/ideas how I can track this down?

When this happens, could you take a thread dump (using jstack or I
think you can press Ctrl-Break on Windows too to get one)?  Not sure
what's wrong, but that might give us some indications about what the
container is actually doing at that moment of what it is waiting for.

after dropped xml blueprint try to start
servicemix typing
{servicemix_home}/bin/servicemix clean
