Summary: Migrate DB Schema: unable to Reverse All Operations
                 Key: CAY-2236
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAY-2236
             Project: Cayenne

          Components: Modeler
    Affects Versions: 4.0.M4, 4.0.M5
            Reporter: ana benko

1. Reverse Engineer a db with relationships
2. Select db entity and remove any join column (note:! do not remove related relationships). Save
3. Run Migrate db schema
4. Connect to db
-> list of To DB operations is displayed
5. Click on 'Reverse All Operations' to switch to To Model, and restore removed column
-> nothing happens. Unable to switch, and restore Model.

note: if all related to join column relationships are removed, switching works fine
