Bad/Big queries are a huge threat to the overall performance and stability of Kylin.  We occasionally saw some of these queries either causing heavy GC activities or crashing regionservers. I'd like to start a series of work to make Kylin more resilient to bad queries.

This is an umbrella jira to relating works.
