[ANN] Guillaume Nodet & Bernd Fondermann joinng MINA PMC

Hi,
after a vote with no -1 or +0, Guillaume Nodet and Bernd Fondermann ,
two well known MINA committers and sub-projects founders joined the
Project Management Committee (PMC).

They will be a great addition to the PMC.
