facelets netbean support [Was: tiles problem]

There is available the fifth preview of the support. You can download it
at the project  https://nbfaceletssupport.dev.java.net/ site.

The build contains;
- Bundle of Facelets 1.1.12
- The Facelets Configuration Panel in the New Web Application wizard is
rewritten.
- This build introduce Palette for Facelets files in the editor.
- Bug Fixes
