This was fixed yesterday morning.
Today you might find that github.com is a bit unavailable as it is
suffering from Denial-of-Service attacks (although it seems to be back
right now).
Remember that Apache Taverna's source code is also available straight
from apache.org - use the 'https' links on
http://taverna.incubator.apache.org/download/code/
