[jira] [Updated] (LANG-462) FastDateFormat supports parse

Henri Yandell updated LANG-462:
-------------------------------

    Fix Version/s: (was: 3.x)
                   3.0

The big issue is the failing unit test - that needs sorting out before it can be committed. Also the patch (my de-clashing version) is clashing again.

Moving to 3.0.

> Currently FastDateFormat only supports formatting the ISO8601 time zone, however, it doesn't support parsing such string to Date.
