Release plan in Q2

Hi,

After finishing the following 3 tickets, I'm considering to release
the first release of Apache Hivemall, maybe in June.

• Separate optimizer implementation [HIVEMALL-101]
  https://github.com/apache/incubator-hivemall/pull/14

  - Initial implementation by maropu.
  - Loss function is fixed in the current implementation. Takuti is
working on fixing it.

• Add tree_export UDF for RandomForest [HIVEMALL-75]
   https://github.com/apache/incubator-hivemall/pull/70

  - Makoto is working on Graphvis output

• Fixed Field-aware Factorization Machines [HIVEMALL-24]
  https://github.com/apache/incubator-hivemall/pull/14

  - Makoto is going to work on this issue after finishing HIVEMALL-75.
