Description: TransactionStateCache starts a thread to refresh transaction state periodically. This thread runs in co-processor TransactionProcessor. When co-processor is shutdown down, this thread needs to be stopped for proper clean up of resources. (was: TransactionStateCache starts a thread to refresh transaction state periodically.
