   This is the specific thing I am talking about: 
   ```Failed to connect to zookeeper (localhost:2181) within 2x zookeeper timeout period 30000```
   
   That 2x timeout period. Also, for some reason, it takes 3 minutes for the zookeeper to time out. Which is why most IT's will timeout before zookeeper does.
