[I] Fix race condition in ListTabledCommand.populateTables [accumulo]

**Describe the bug**

In the code above, we grab the tableIdMap via `tableOps.tableIdMap()` then later the list of tables via `tableOps.list()`. Its possible that the second call to get the list may become outdated.
This doesn't affect any major functionality and an easy fix would be to just use the keySet from the tableIDMap instead of getting the list of table names separately.
