Problem with subversion

Hi;

I search a forum for Subversion tool because I have a problem when I = have installed Subversion under windows y2 :

I have used the following install documentation :

The problem is when I add into the file httpd.conf, the  line: = "LoadModule dav_svn_module modules/mod_dav_svn.so" and start the apache = server =3D> I have the following error message :  the requested = operation has failed !
