Website update

A release vote for log4j-1.2.15 and log4j-extras-1.0 is going on  
general@logging and log4j-dev at the moment.  As part of the release  
process, the LS web site would be updated to the staged content at  
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/logging/site/trunk/docs/index.html.   
Looks like there are a few loose ends with the log4net content that I  
need to fix, but I wanted to give you a heads up if there is  
something non-obvious that I might overlook.  I expect that I'll  
review the log4net and log4cxx content on Monday.
