   I think that the properties to enable Hive support are reasonable and correct. If a deployment's hive-site.xml signals support using `iceberg.engine.hive.enabled` then Iceberg will use the Hive StorageHandler. Otherwise, it can be enabled on individual tables using the `engine.hive.enabled` property.
   
   Is this behavior confusing, or maybe we just need to document it?
