Problems with table format in Derby docs - Style Sheet issue?

An issue was reported during 10.3 testing about the table in this file
http://db.apache.org/derby/docs/dev/tools/ttoolsimporting.html

When I looked at the tagging for the choicetable, there did not appear
to be anything wrong with the tagging. But I changed the table to a
simpletable. However the appearance did not change.

This problem also appears in the table in this file:
http://db.apache.org/derby/docs/dev/tools/ttoolsexporting.html

When I looked at other tables in the the docs, they do not appear to
have this problem.

Any ideas as to what can be causing this?

It seems to be the <codeblock> tag which is the culprit. I removed it
and it looks reasonable. Maybe you can effect code fonts in another
way?

Hi, Laura,

I've been looking at this, and the main problem is with the fact that 
the codeblocks are all on one line. Rather than just remove them as Dag 
suggests, you can insert line breaks. Here are some fixed-up versions. 
For the exporting topic I changed the choicetable to a simpletable to 
match the importing topic, but I've attached the choicetable version in 
case you want to keep it, or convert the importing one to a choicetable.
