Could not find agent library C:/Program in absolute path

I wanted to run the profiler from Netbeans 21 When clicking on profile, 
it aborts:

--- exec:1.2.1:exec (default-cli) @ pdfbox-debugger ---
Error occurred during initialization of VM
Could not find agent library C:/Program in absolute path, with error: 
Can't find dependent libraries

I suspect this is because of the space in the path. The command line in 
the output window contains this:

...

\"-Dexec.vmArgs='-agentpath:C:/Program 
Files/NetBeans-21/netbeans/profiler/lib/deployed/jdk16/windows-amd64/profilerinterface.dll=C:\\Program 
Files\\NetBeans-21\\netbeans\\profiler\\lib,5140,10'

....


This one says I should install Netbeans in a path without spaces:

This one claims the problem was fixed:

This is not a blocker, I downloaded visualvm and ran it separately.
