Currently when registerApplicationMaster, we pass "" for registration host and -1 for registration port. The container returned from RM contains host name rather than IP. 

In some scenarios, we need IP to be returned in container spec. Then RM requires the client to pass IP as host in registerApplicationMaster. 

As IP in a container spec works for either case above, the change is backward compatible.
