   Add a new superset cli command to create or set a database URI. This is useful increase the flexibility of deployment options and automation.
   
   This cli option can be used on a deployment procedure using:
   
   ``` bash
   $ superset set_database_uri -d examples -u <NEW_DB_URI>
   ```
