   Cherry-picked from e9d106667c7fe98f77c1312bb082c010b472c388.
   
   Conflicts resolved:
   - `airflow-core/src/airflow/api_fastapi/core_api/datamodels/ui/deadline.py` — applied this PR's changes to `DeadlineResponse` only (add `alert_id`, remove `alert_description`). Dropped unrelated `dag_id`/`dag_run_id` lines (main-only context drift, not part of this PR) and did not port the `DeadlineAlertResponse`/`DeadlineAlertCollectionResponse` classes because they don't exist in `v3-2-test`.
   - `airflow-core/tests/unit/api_fastapi/core_api/routes/ui/test_deadlines.py` — applied the PR's test updates to `TestGetDagRunDeadlines` (swap `alert_description` assertion for `alert_id`, drop `alert_description` removal logic auto-merged cleanly). Did not port new `TestGetDeadlines` / `TestGetDagDeadlineAlerts` classes — they target endpoints that don't exist in `v3-2-test`.
   - `airflow-core/src/airflow/api_fastapi/core_api/openapi/_private_ui.yaml`, `airflow-core/src/airflow/ui/openapi-gen/requests/schemas.gen.ts`, `airflow-core/src/airflow/ui/openapi-gen/requests/types.gen.ts` — took `v3-2-test` (HEAD) version and let the `Generate the FastAPI API spec` + `Compile / format / lint UI` prek hooks regenerate them from the updated Python datamodel.
   
   The rest of the PR (Task SDK `name` param, serialization encode/decode, `SerializedDagModel` name-update propagation, unit tests for those) applied cleanly.
