Similar to the simple `ozone` cluster where we included `s3g` by default, seems to be easier to provide on `ozone-ha` cluster with all the components and full ha configuration.
I also simplified the structure of the compose file, started to use the current approach instead of the ssh based approach as it was not stable (and the acceptance are excluded since a long time)
This approach is more simple and follows the current pattern. For testing the behavior of the restart, I plan to create a different test suite, following the pattern introducing by HDDS-3855.
