Subversion Exception!

The error occurs in remove_node_txn() which isn't called during a simple
checkout. Perhaps this is a checkout on top of an existing working copy
at an earlier revision? Perhaps the checkouts have different depths?
Perhaps the old working copy was an upgraded working copy?

Okay. Since this is a fundamental operation, you can be pretty sure that
this alone is not the cause of the problem, please reconsider the "with
as much information as possible". In particular:
1. Does it always happen?
2. What is the local path you are checking out to?
3. What is the remote path you are checking out from?
4. What is the access method used?
5. Does it happen on all remote or local paths?
6. If only on some paths, what is special about them?
...
