Developing with Avalon book

I've almost finished making Forrest use the "Developing with Avalon"
booklet directly from DocBook. I had to disable validation for it
(anyone interested can look at the latest threads on forrest-dev), but
it works.

So, where is it better to put it, under "avalon" or under "avalon-site"?

It is more general than Avalon Framework since it does discuss Excalibur
technologies.

I would place it in Avalon-Site.
