   thanks for note, but ... 2 or 3 days downtime isn't a problem.
   Please notify us only if the downtime is more that 4 weeks.

   Further information:

   -- every week (on wednesday) we send a mail to mirror contacts
      if/when their mirror is more than 3 days out-of-date.
   -- mirrors are removed from the list :
      -- if/when they are more than 30 days out-of-date,
      -- and we haven't heard anything back from the contact.
   -- mirrors are /automatically/ removed from the 'per country
      download pages' (not from the list), if the mirror is more
      than 7 days out-of-date.
