About MaxKeepAlive...

If MaxRequestPerChild is set to 300 what value is advisable
to MaxKeepAliveRequests ??

IMHO on a decent OS, that is a bit low. But better safe than sorry.

I found that putting it higher than 50 or 75 occasinally caused issues
with a windows proxy product.
