The patch of 5 Oct 2013 includes my modifications for LUCENE-5109.
The patch also adds some tests.

This passes TestEliasFanoSequence and TestEliasFanoDocIdSet.

I did not do any performance tests for broadword bit selection yet.
The times taken by some of the longer tests are encouraging, but that does not mean much.
