chibenwa opened a new pull request, #1410:

    - Apply queue expiracy only for per-node queues
   
   Those are temporary RPC-like response queues tied to a
   specific James instance, needing cleanup. Other,
   permanent queues should not be deleted.
   
    - Apply queue expiracy for the task manager
   
   Safer than auto-deletes
