Ask help

Hello Team,

I'm trying to use this API (
https://localhost:8443/fineract-provider/api/v1/loans) in my function to
insert new loan, but my system throw me this error message:

*javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException:
sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed:
sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find
valid certification path to requested target*

Can anyone help me to fix this error?

Hey Bernard,

how do you access this API ... are you using a java client for this?

If yes you need to import the public certificate into you java keystore.

You can follow the steps mentioned here:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/kb/how-to-import-a-public-ssl-certificate-into-a-jvm-867025849.html

Cheers

Markus
