   ### Describe the usage question you have. Please include as many useful details as  possible.
   
   
   How to pass ArrowTable from Python to C++ via ctypes or Cython in the same process?
   
   The current idea is to serialize ArrowTable into streams on the Python side, reverse sequence the streams on the C++ side, and transfer binary streams and pointers. Is there a better solution or example?
