Best Practices - Drill with tableau

Hi ,
Posting this to know the best practices community members for a hourly
refresh real time dashboard in tableau with almost 8 worksheets with
different calculative analytics in the Dashboard including Map Reports too.
My Use case :
1) 2 years worth of data aggregation on one of the dashboard whereas some
dashboard just displays the hourly aggregated data
2) Using Live connection to refresh data hourly.
