moving towards retiring the Annotator podling

Hi everyone,
There have been discussions within the Annotator PPMC and the Incubator PMC about retiring Annotator. The commits and mailing list traffic have reduced a lot in recent times and there doesn't appear to be enough community engagement to help Annotator graduate as its own Apache Top Level Project.
We'd be interested in feedback and to generally see if it is possible to continue with Annotator.

Thanks,
PJ

Hi,

The project has also (again) not provided an incubator report. Can someone from the PPMC please start a discussion on what the next steps should be.

Kind Regards,
Justin
