Bug Tracking now available for Xerces-P

Hey All,

I've gotten us entered into Bugzilla at Apache, so we can start
logging bugs (and enhancements) via the standard mechanism. 

This will help us keep track of:
* what isn't working
* what we are working on
* what we want to work on

You can enter bugs at:

But first you must create an account:
