[~marcuschristie] I am not so sure. [~smarru] Could you please shed some light on this? What was the initial thought behind this field ? All files are staged irrespectively at the moment and I would think that is the requirement because no point of uploading the file if not to stage. On the other hand there is another field 'Is this required' and this of course can handle files which is not required to upload unless user provides it
