### Steps to Reproduce
1. 缩小 dataZoom
2. 拖动 dataZoom，观察 markLine

### Current Behavior
左侧 markLine 不可见时会造成右侧 markLine 闪动。
另外如何使中间的 markLine 固定显示？

markLine 不要闪动，中间的 markLine 可以固定显示

After I added the animation, it worked, but I don't think it was an issue with the animation itself.
