[jira] [Closed] (INFRA-3849) Grant JIRA project admin rights to carnold@apache.org for log4net project

Gavin closed INFRA-3849.
------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

Done, added you to Administrators role for the project. I added also Stefan to the Committers role seeing as I was in there already. Note the current project lead did not have permissions to do this anyway, I've left that as status quo for now, up to you to add whoever to the administrators role as you see fit.

> I'm the Logging PMC Chair and I need to add a new developer (sbodewig@apache.org) and appear to be unable to. Current project lead has not communicated with project for quite some while. Please give me project admin rights in most appropriate manner (make me project lead, add me as co-lead, etc). Thanks.
