Since the skin was a large contribution by someone who is not a committer, we checked on the "general AT incubator.apache.org" mailing list to determine if we needed a software grant for the skin. Since nothing indicated that we required a software grant (http://j.mp/cTpWak and http://j.mp/bX1TvY), we merged the donation to our code-base (see https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TRINIDAD-1689).
