In some edge cases, deserializers may be using generic setFeatureValue calls to set sofa features and getting error messages like Can't use standard set methods
with SofaFS features.  One such case is in XMI deserialization XmiCasDeserializerHandler.finalizeRefValue XmiCasDeserializer.java:1835
