[commit] rotate behavior

Hi,

I have just updated a new behavior for the rotate tool in JSVGCanvas. Let me 
know if you think it's more intuitive (absolute angle from 0 degree whatever is 
the current rotation).

I have also fixed a bug with the zoom factor displayed at the bottom (I think 
so).

Remove the addGlobalPropertyChangeListener in the DynamicRenderer (not needed 
even for animation).
