problem to deploy a web service

I deployed my web service as follows:

java org.apache.axis.client.AdminClient -

lhttp://localhost:8080/opendblp/services/wsPort deploy.wsdd
Apr 3, 2004 12:58:07 PM org.apache.axis.client.AdminClient process
INFO: Processing file deploy.wsdd
Apr 3, 2004 12:58:08 PM org.apache.axis.client.AdminClient main
INFO: <Admin>Done processing</Admin>


As I know, after deploying the web service, I should be able to see axis web service server message page by accesssing http://localhost/opendblp/services/wsPort.

But, I cannot. Could anyone tell me what I can try?
