Verified with Drill version 1.13.0:
The issue is not reproduced.
Cases verified:
1. Run the steps from the issue.
2. Tried to re-run with different user.
3. Checked without impersonation and authentication.
4. Checked with impersonation and authentication.
5. Run queries without impersonation and re-run with impersonation.
6. Run queries with impersonation and re-run without impersonation.
7. Tried with successful and failed queries.
