HTTP push thecnic

Well fellows, I'm trying to create (by means of reverse engineering, by the
way) a client that waits for server updates via HTTP push.

Let me describe the situation for you guys:

The client goes for a URL with a POST. Then I have a response with HTML
content inside. Well, rigth from there server starts to send content via a
TCP port (e.g. 8016) and theres no HTTP traffic for a while. How can I
listen for that content (must I know what is the port number in advance?)
and update my HTML accordingly?

Thanks for the attention!
