How to move stuff to Commons

How am I working to move stuff to Commons?

My workplan is to put the stuff in Commons with the help of Commons
devs, ensure that it's working, and then ask the Avaloners to check if
the new version in commons is a good enough replacement; then a
discussion and a vote is needed to kill the package and switch.
The original creator of the package will have then the honor of deleting it.

Sounds good. It would be good to be able to vote and switch on an
individual package basis [you're probably planning this anyway], so a fast
paced project like Commons.Collections isn't held up waiting for naming to
get itself sorted out.

Only real pain with that is your dependency handling. If collections is
removed on the avalon side, but other stuff that is planned to move over
depends on it, is it worth updating that code.
