   @mrutkows as Michael said intention here is to just have a developer convenience tooling. For example while working on apache/incubator-openwhisk#3277 I need to find out which all other OpenWhisk repositories are having dependency on core repo and then have them modified.
   
   As of now I have to manually clone them one by one. With such a tooling it would have been bit simpler
