Unable to download libraries

Hi, I am trying to build jetspeed 2 but I have the following problem:
When I excecute "maven allBuild" the system is unable to download the 
required libraries because it can not connect to the ibiblio server. This is 
because I must use a proxy server to connect to the Internet.

Is there any way I can tell maven to use my proxy server to download the 
libraries?
