[jira] Created: (MNG-2004) repository:bundle-create should check
that dependent artifacts are available on ibiblio
repository:bundle-create should check that dependent artifacts are available on ibiblio
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: MNG-2004
URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MNG-2004
Project: Maven 2
Type: New Feature
Components: Artifacts and Repositories
Versions: 2.0.2
Reporter: Michael Böckling
Priority: Minor
The repository:bundle-create task should check the availability of dependencies in the ibiblio repository.
It just happened to me that in a ibiblio upload, I was referring to an artifact that once existed there, but has been removed and now only exists in my local repo.
As I couldn't find the "repository" plugin, I filed this issue here, sorry if this is the wrong place.

[jira] Commented: (MNG-2004) repository:bundle-create should check

Trygve Laugstol commented on MNG-2004:
--------------------------------------
It should only warn about missing dependencies, possibly include the report in the bundle so that the uploader can check it out and decide.
There are different solutions to how to handle missing dependencies.
