After selecting "Save Test Plan as" (property string: save_all_as, a window
pops up with surprising suggested name, under which we can save test plan:
expected value: name of the test plan
received value: name of the currently selected item.

It does not make sense for Save Test Plan As to use the existing name of the
plan, as that is what the Save option does.
