I gave it a try but unfortunately failed :-( 

Upgrading meant the following:
- Upgrading version numbers in pom files
- Changed artifactIds/groupIds com.hp.hpl.jena --> org.apache.jena
- Module directory should also change (Actually this one I didn't do and should still be done)
- Added missing implemented interface methods TcDataset and TcDatasetGraph

The failure was due to failing unittest (mostly ConcurrentModificationException) in rdf.jena.tdb.storage. Unfortunately I lack the time to further investigate this.
