cannot install JMeter

Hi,

I just downloaded Jmeter and it does not install. It give me the NoClassDefFoundError when I say "jmeter" in the bin folder.

It stops at 

C:\temp\jmeter1.7\jakarta-jmeter\bin>CALL ..\lcp ..\lib\ant-1.3.jar

I have ant-1.3.jar in my jmeter/bin folder.

Any suggesstion.
