Here is an example, if we have TestInstrument.jar ,  and a Main class on Linux then
          java -javaagent:TestInstrument.jar Main fails on Harmony.

But RI passes.

          java -javaagent:TestInstrument.jar Main will succeed.
while 
         java -javaagent:TestInstrument.jar -cp Other.jar Main will fail with ClassNotFoundException.
on Harmony.

But RI passes.
